As the business added more tools, automations, and users, no one had a clear view of who could access what or where sensitive data was moving. Risk increased gradually without being visible. We reviewed existing systems, access points, and automated workflows, then put simple controls and checks in place to make access and data handling clear. As a result, risk was visible and manageable, access was more consistent, and leadership could move forward with automation and AI without increasing exposure.
Are you still invoicing manually?
The client was creating invoices in one system and checking payments in another, with reconciliation done manually at the end of the month. Invoices went out late and follow ups were missed. We automated invoicing, payment follow up, and reconciliation in the background. As a result, 98% of invoices were paid on time and 2hrs of admin time removed per workflow.

Follow up relied on memory and timing was inconsistent. We created a single lead capture workflow that collects all enquiries, sends an immediate response, and runs timed follow ups automatically.
